Job Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the activities of the work, monitoring its execution, analysing costs and income, as well as existing deviations, implementing the necessary corrective actions, in order to ensure the quality of execution in line with the defined technical specifications
- Certake the articulation with the support areas to operations, namely regarding the survey of physical resources needs (equipment and materials), as well as human resources
- Certainly liaise with the Client, regarding the fulfillment of the contract, suggesting and negotiating any changes to the project and/or the work plan and the defined execution processes
- Respond to requests from external entities, namely regulatory bodies, inspections, external audits, among others, providing all the necessary monitoring and information gathering
- Lead periodic meetings with the site team and subcontractors to assess the status of the work and define preventive or corrective actions
- Proceed to the development of reportings regarding the financial and operational performance of the construction site
- Based on the policies established by the company and the legal and contractual requirements, define, implement and monitor the site plans, in the Quality, Environment and Safety aspects
Job Requirements
- Professional Experience (in years): 5 to 7 years
- Management Professional Experience (in years): 1 to 3 years
Education
- Level of Education: Level 7 - Higher Education (Master's Degree)
- Preferred course: Civil Engineering; Mechanical Engineering; Electrical Engineering
- Language: English (Advanced)/ French (Intermediate)
