Mission

Ensuring the effective and efficient planning, coordination and control of production processes in the Casais Group, guaranteeing internal/external customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines, current legislation, quality and safety standards and at the lowest possible cost, through the appropriate allocation of financial, human, technical and material resources. And acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values.

Job Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating work activities, monitoring their execution, analysing costs and profits, as well as any deviations, implementing the necessary corrective actions to ensure quality execution and the objectives set in line with the technical specifications defined;
• Liaising with the operations support areas, in particular with regard to identifying the needs for physical resources (equipment and materials), human resources and operational management of the construction site;
• Drawing up the Strategic Implementation Plan in liaison with DOP/DP/DUN in order to achieve the defined strategic objectives
• Liaising permanently with the Owner's team regarding the fulfilment of the contract, suggesting and negotiating any changes to the project and/or the work plan and the defined execution processes;
• Promoting and integrating project development approaches that integrate people, systems, business structures and professional practices into a process that optimises project results, increases value for the client, reduces waste and maximises efficiency in the project stages, from manufacture to construction;
• Proposing industrialisation solutions to clients as a technical solution to the project, allowing for a reduction in construction schedules through well-defined and automated processes, enabling greater quality control and traceability;
• Responding to requests from external organisations, namely regulatory bodies, inspections, external audits, among others, providing all the necessary monitoring and information gathering;
• Periodically leading meetings with the site team and subcontractors to assess the state of the work and define preventive or corrective actions;
• Developing reports, implementing and developing essential routine cycles, such as the strategic execution plan, general site planning, implementing and updating the fortnightly site planning, supply maps, self-provisioning and customer / contractor records;
• On the basis of the company's established policies and legal and contractual requirements, define, implement and monitor the work plans and inspect the processes in terms of Quality, Environment and Safety.

Conditions of Employment

• English - Advanced
• Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years

Education

Higher education (Masters) Civil Engineering; Mechanics; Electrical Engineering
