Ensuring the development of the Casais Group's purchasing processes in order to guarantee their effectiveness and efficiency, acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and the Casais values, contributing to the achievement of the strategy and objectives defined for the business.
Job Responsibilities
1) Carrying out the activities inherent in purchasing materials or subcontracts, at central level, in order to make materials available (consumables, supply of services and supplies) in the quantities, quality and deadlines defined;
2) Procurement, analysis and evaluation of suppliers, in order to identify those that provide the best solutions for the Group and its Companies, in terms of products, services, prices, among others, always seeking to optimize resources and boost business for both parties;
3) Proposing, analyzing and controlling the budget for their area of responsibility, in order to detect deviations and take the necessary corrective measures;
4) Conduct highly complex purchasing processes (technical and non-technical) by negotiating commercial and technical terms and conditions with suppliers, defining the technical specifications together with the internal client;
5) Developing relationships with medium and large suppliers and/or technical complexity, improving product knowledge;

- Professional Experience (in years): 5 to 7 years
- English - Advanced
