Ensuring the definition and execution of the production techniques used for the design, development and preparation of the Casais Group's production elements, following the norms and quality standards defined by the Group, and acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and the Casais values.

Job Responsibilities

1) Accompany the preparation and drawing of plans to support the project and the work, together with pre-construction technicians, to ensure compliance with the project and the topographical survey carried out;
2) ) Critically evaluate projects by checking for any incompatibilities in architecture, structure and specialties in the interconnection between project elements; 
3) Monitoring the progress of the work, checking compliance with the technical specifications and making the necessary revisions, providing the design elements requested by the different areas, by carrying out checks, updates and corrections to the project dossier, carrying out documentary control of the parts described, incorporating changes and organizing the drawings by the different stages of the project;
4) Supporting the construction of BIM models of parts of the project (or all of it), as well as renderings and virtual simulations, in order to guarantee the detection of incompatibilities and greater communication on site;
5) Contribute to and monitor the preparation of the strategic implementation plan and the strategic operational plan;
6) Promote the use of Revit /Bim software among the Technical Team, from the planning of the various life cycles of the building, from concept to construction, and even maintenance.
7) Updating knowledge and getting to know the latest pre-construction solutions (brands, products, technologies, software, workflows) and their suitability for the construction ecosystem.

Job Requirements

• Professional Experience: 5 to 7 years
• English - Intermediate

Education

• Level 6 - Higher education (Bachelor)
• Architecture; Engineering, or similar;
