Ensuring the definition and execution of the production techniques used for the design, development and preparation of the Casais Group's production elements, following the norms and quality standards defined by the Group, and acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and the Casais values.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate Pre-Construction work requests (Commercial, Countries, Imocasais, Production, etc.) and interpret their size, needs, doubts to allow perform the correct distribution of them by the TPC (Pre-Construction Technicians)
• Analyze the service allocations and Plan the calendar of the Pre-Construction Core
• Coordinate meetings with Commercial/Project/Production teams stakeholders in defining key targets in the various NPC core activities (project development, articulation of Production team training on digital dossier, creation of consultation dossiers, deliveries of site preparations, etc)
• Update and knowledge of the latest preconstruction solutions (brands, products, technologies, software, workflows) as well as their suitability for the construction ecosystem
• Knowledge of the costs and stakeholders in the construction of the construction product to search for the most appropriate technical specifications in the preparation of work and value creation in the course of the construction process
• Promote the use of Revit /Bim softwate with the team, from the planning of the various life cycle of the building, from concept to construction, and including its maintenance

Job Requirements

• Experience: 7 to 10 years
• English - Intermediate;

Education

• Level 6 - Higher education (Bachelor)
• Architecture; Engineering, or similar;

Certifications / Requiered Licenses

• Order of Engineers or Order of Architects
