Procuramos o(a) Product Owner que irá liderar esta nova linha de negócio desde o conceito até à entrada no mercado.

Function Mission

Ensuring the operationalization of the technical, financial and human strategy, promoting alignment and partnership between the various teams under his responsibility. Analyzing and monitoring projects in their various stages of implementation, suggesting and negotiating any changes, in order to act in accordance with the legal and internal rules in force. 

Job Responsibilities

1)Implementing the strategies and measures defined for the different areas/regions under their responsibility;
2)Promoting cooperation between Group companies, ensuring their early involvement and intervening whenever necessary;
3) Monitoring the various stages of project implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing any complaints and additions and safeguarding the company's interests;
4) Promoting the optimization of work processes within the team, as well as passing on best practices and standardizing processes;
5) Liaising permanently with the critical Contractors, suggesting and negotiating any changes to the project and/or the work plan and the defined execution processes;
6) Promoting the start-up of the works assigned to it, defining the team and work plan in accordance with the established parameters;
7) Ensuring the implementation of environmental, quality and safety plans in accordance with the legal and internal standards in force.

Job Requirements

Length of experience (in years): Over 15 years

Length of management experience (in years): 7 to 10 years

Education

Level of Education: Level 7 - Higher Education (Master's Degree)

Preferred course: Civil Engineering; Electrical Engineering; Postgraduate Diploma in Management

Language: English (Intermediate); French (Intermediate)
