Ensuring the effective and efficient planning, coordination and control of the production operation in the Casais Group, guaranteeing internal/external customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines, current legislation, quality and safety standards and at the lowest possible cost, through the appropriate allocation of financial, human, technical and material resources and acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais' values.

Job Responsibilities

1)Implementing the strategies and measures defined for the different areas/regions under their responsibility;
2)Promoting cooperation between Group companies, ensuring their early involvement and intervening whenever necessary.
3) Monitoring the various phases of project implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing any complaints and additions and safeguarding the company's interests;
4) Promoting the optimization of work processes within the team, as well as passing on best practices and standardizing processes;
5) Liaising permanently with the critical Contractors, suggesting and negotiating any changes to the project and/or work plan 
and the defined execution processes;
6) Promoting the start-up of the works assigned to it, defining the team and work plan in accordance with the established parameters;
7) Ensuring the implementation of environmental, quality and safety plans in accordance with the legal and internal standards in force.

Job Requirements

• English - Advanced
• Professional Experience (in years): More than 15 years
• French - Intermediate
• Management Professional Experience (in years): 3 to 5 years

Education

• Level of Education: Level 7 - Higher Education (Master's Degree)
• Preferred course: Civil Engineering; Postgraduate in Management
