Job Description: 

Family Mission

Ensure the planning, coordination and execution of storage, maintenance and transport activities of materials, equipment and machines necessary to fulfill the activities of the Group's activity plan, and acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, size and define strategies in alignment with the organization's policy and implement the same in the departments that are an integral part of the Shipyard
  • Coordinate the identification of needs and monitor/coordinate the procurement, negotiation and acquisition/rental process of machinery, equipment and services
  • Ensure the management of the Group's fleet, machinery and equipment, ensuring their maintenance and the operation of the warehouses, as well as the respective allocation of these resources to needs
  • Coordinate and control services and transport, whether performed internally or externally
  • Coordinate and control all the administrative service required for the normal operation of the department's processes (transport, maintenance, warehouse)
  • Ensure the management of collective housing in charge of the company, within the standards defined in terms of habitability conditions and hygiene and safety)
  • Ensure the operation of the existing canteens in order to provide the service for all workers

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Over 15 years
  • Time Management Experience: 7 to 10 years
  • Portuguese - Advanced, English - Advanced, Spanish - Intermediate
