Function Mission

We are seeking a proficient SAP BTP Data & Analytics Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in leveraging SAP Business Technology Platform for data management, analytics, and reporting solutions.

Job Responsibilities

1) Ensure that technological projects are carried out in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Human Resources processes and ensure that they are aligned with business requirements;
2) Promoting opportunities for functional optimization of business processes, with a view to maximizing productivity and automation, as well as reducing low value-added activities and user satisfaction;
3) Ensure close collaboration with key stakeholders in identifying system requirements, opportunities for improvement and/or new configurations, ensuring compliance with the Casais Group's Human Resources practices and procedures;
4) Supporting the identification and correction of system errors, in conjunction with the various areas, ensuring the quality of the information in the system;
5) Promote the development of actions to stimulate and share knowledge with the main stakeholders, ensuring a response to the various requests made;
6) Collaborating in the implementation of change management initiatives arising from the digital transformation process, in line with the other areas involved;
7) Supporting the establishment of strategic partnerships, within the scope of the digital evolution of Human Resources processes, and supporting relationship management in order to achieve process excellence;
8) Keeping abreast of market trends by benchmarking digital practices in the Human Resources area and drawing up proposals for innovation for approval by the senior management;
9) Promoting communication and compliance with the Group's good practices and internal guidelines on issues related to its sphere of activity.
