Job Description: 

Family Mission

Ensure the definition and implementation of the Casais Group's customer relationship management strategy in the different entities (company/region), particularly with regard to contractual management, post-sales customer management, as well as process management and contractual documentation, in order to maximize efficiency, quality of service and the level of satisfaction of its customers, acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all planned preventive and reactive maintenance is carried out and is in compliance with the contractually agreed
  • Coordinate and prepare regular internal activity reports for the client and for contract follow-up, where the most relevant points and critical aspects to be analysed are highlighted
  • Manage the relationship with the client in order to ensure the satisfaction of the agreed contractual requirements, as well as the presentation of proposals based on
  • Manage suppliers and subcontractors
  • Coordinate the control of operational results according to agreed service levels, as well as the control of compliance with the Client's internal procedures

Job Requirements

  • English - Intermediate
  • Professional Experience: 5 to 7 years

Education

  • Level 7 - Higher education (Masters)
  • Engineering

Certifications / Requiered Licenses

  • Technician Responsible for Installation and Maintenance (Preferred)
  • Certified training in Soft Contract Negotiation (Preferred)
