Job Description: 

Family Mission

Ensuring the development of the communication strategy (internal and external), safeguarding the brand of the Casais Group, as well as liaising with the various target audiences, namely current and potential employees, clients, partners and the surrounding community, with a view to achieving the Group's business objectives, acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and the Casais values.

Job Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:
1) Create and implement digital marketing plans and follow-up reports;
3) Use methodologies and tools for exploring, processing and analyzing data and information (big data and small data);
4) Create and implement online advertising campaigns (Google Ads and Facebook Ads), analysis and reports;
6) Promote and maintain relationships with suppliers / internal clients to make projects viable;
4) Create and manage content for various communication channels tailored to different target audiences; 

Communication:
1) Promote and maintain relationships with suppliers / clients to make projects viable;
2) Create and implement communication strategies suited to the objectives of the event / target audience;
3) Ensuring the supply and logistics required for events (merchandising, venue rental, catering);
 5) Communication management and press relations;
6) Drawing up performance monitoring dashboards, identifying, proposing and analyzing the most relevant indicators for each project.

Job Requirements

  • Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years
  • English - Intermediate;

Education

  • Level 6 - Higher education (Bachelor)
  • Social Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, or similar
