Ensure the definition and implementation of the Casais Group's commercial strategy, particularly with regard to market research, identification of opportunities, preparation of proposals, negotiation and post-sales customer management, as well as the management of processes and contractual documentation, in order to maximize business volume and respective profitability and the level of satisfaction of its customers, acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values
Job Responsibilities
1) Prospect and develop new commercial opportunities for the Group, identifying within market segments opportunities with potential for achievement, supporting the achievement of the company's hiring and billing goals;
2) Monitor Works and/or Clients within the scope of its action, by carrying out a survey of identified needs, respective prescription, budgeting and sale of materials, solutions and products;
3) Carry out and/or guarantee the management of Customers and analysis of their current account;
4) Contribute to the risk analysis of the Group's projects, maximizing the degree of reliability of the company's studies;
5) Carry out and/or guarantee effective organizational stock management, in accordance with existing needs and identified market opportunities;
6) Ensure monitoring and advice on processes carried out by Commercial Technicians within the scope of their action, in order to promote the development of the respective Customer portfolio.
Job Requirements
- Experience Time: 5 to 7 years
- Advanced English; French - Intermediate
Education
- Level 7 - Higher education (Master's)
- Engineering; Commercial/Sales Technician
