Family Mission
Ensure the definition and implementation of the Casais Group's customer relationship management strategy in the different entities (company/region), particularly with regard to contractual management, post-sales customer management, as well as process management and contractual documentation, in order to maximize efficiency, quality of service and the level of satisfaction of its customers, acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values.
Job Responsibilities
- Effective control of operational results according to agreed service levels, as well as control of compliance with the Client's internal procedures
- Monitor, program and implement Centralised Technical Management Systems, ensuring satisfaction of agreed contractual requirements, responding to specific requests and propose/develop STCG solutions
- Prepare regular internal activity reports for the client and for contract follow-up, where the most relevant points and critical aspects to be analysed are highlighted
- Ensure that internal processes and procedures are consistent with contractual requirements
Job Requirements
- Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years
- English - Intermediate
Education
- Level 3, 4 or 5 - Technical/professional course
- Maintenance of electrical installations
Certifications / Requiered Licenses
- Training in Centralized Technical Management Systems
