Job Description: 

Family Mission

Ensure the definition and implementation of the Casais Group's commercial strategy, particularly with regard to market research, identification of opportunities, preparation of proposals, negotiation and post-sales customer management, as well as the management of processes and contractual documentation, in order to maximize business volume and respective profitability and the level of satisfaction of its customers, acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values

Job Responsibilities

  • Carrying out the mapping of the market, clients and potential projects, identifying trends, developing strategic analysis, assessing risks, and making decisions
  • Ensure the company's growing market share, seeking leadership in all segments of its operations and increasing the contract portfolio
  • Ensure the development of the strategies of performance with clients, public agencies, government and entities
  • Seek the development of new clients, identifying within the market segments of operation defined by the Group Board
  • Build relationship internal and external stakeholders, meeting their needs, such as: financial issues, term, contractual conditions and others

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 10 to 15 years
  • Time Management Experience: 5 to 7 years
  • Advanced English; French - Advanced (Optional)
