Responsible for developing continuous improvement projects in production and management processes and eliminating legal exposure to environmental and sustainability issues, making deliveries that satisfy stakeholders, transforming ideas and the needs of interlocutors into practical actions, paying attention to the business, applying the Technical Standards and Legislation in force, with socio-environmental responsibility and technological improvement, and acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and the Casais values.

Job Responsibilities

1) Monitoring the construction management process, making the necessary records and actions, as well as collecting data and information for the preparation of reports and the definition of action plans;
2) Drawing up technical quality notes and quality management plans/ISO 9001 for the site;
3) Implementing and collaborating in the monitoring of continuous improvement projects by prioritizing programs (5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) to meet the Group's tactical objectives and achieve excellence in processes;
4) Training employees in quality tools and methodologies, through specific training in management tools, in order to meet the work's objectives;
5) Monitoring the work in the field, ensuring compliance with the regulatory and legal requirements applicable to the work management process, as well as document control;
6) Assisting with inspections to ensure the quality of the work carried out, with foremen and subcontractors, guaranteeing the criteria for acceptance of activities and compliance with applicable legal rules and regulations. 

Job Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5 years
• Management experience: 3 to 5 years
• English - intermediate; French - intermediate

Education

• Level 3, 4 or 5 - Technical / professional course
• Specific training in Quality systems/ISO 9001

Certifications / Requiered Licenses

•  Certificate of Pedagogical Skills for Trainers;
