Responsável por desenvolver projetos de melhoria contínua em processos de produção e de gestão e eliminar a exposição legal aos assuntos ambientais e de sustentabilidade, realizando entregas que satisfaçam as partes interessadas, transformando ideias e necessidades dos interlocutores em ações práticas, atentando para o negócio, aplicando as Normas Técnicas e Legislações vigentes, com responsabilidade socioambiental e com o aprimoramento tecnológico, e agindo consoante a ética do Grupo e os valores  Casais.

Job Responsibilities

1) Monitor the generation and destination of waste, carrying out necessary records and actions, as well as collecting data and information for preparing reports and defining action plans.
2) Maintain a good relationship with environmental agencies by complying with their requirements;
3)Prepare technical quality notes and environmental management plans;
4) Promote the environmental awareness of employees, through the dissemination of knowledge through courses, information, campaigns, receptions, etc.
5) Monitoring of works on the ground, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements applicable to the work management process, as well as document control;
6) Implement and collaborate with the monitoring of continuous improvement projects, through the prioritization of programs (5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.), to meet the Group's tactical objectives, achieving excellence in processes;
7) Train employees in Quality tools and methodologies, through specific teachings on management tools, to meet the Group's objectives.
8) Plan external and internal audits and contribute to the continuity of certification of the integrated management system (Quality, Environment and Safety)
