Job Description:

Responsible for developing continuous improvement projects in production and management processes and eliminating legal exposure to environmental and sustainability issues, making deliveries that satisfy stakeholders, transforming ideas and the needs of interlocutors into practical actions, paying attention to the business, applying the Technical Standards and Legislation in force, with socio-environmental responsibility and technological improvement, and acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and the Casais values.

Job Responsibilities

1) Supporting site management in defining the strategic execution plan (PEE) and respective financial planning (OMCs);
2) Ensuring that projects are updated and monitored in EPPM (Entrepise Project, Portfolio Management).
3) Monitoring the correct recording of information, contributing to the quality and reliability of analytical information and supporting site managers/directors in preparing monthly reports;
4) Updating the economic index database and calculating price revisions;
5) Disseminate good planning and cost control practices in order to guarantee a homogeneous modus operandi throughout the operation;
6) Monitoring actual costs in comparison with the budget, identifying deviations and supporting analytical corrections.
7) Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures

Job Requirements

  • Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years
  • English - Intermediate
