Job Responsibilities
1) Monitor operational and financial KPIs for the entire operation;
2) Ensure the correct collection of inputs resulting from monthly planning per project, namely:
a) Need for internal/external resources;
b) Need for equipment;
c) Physical (work plans) and economic project performance indicators.
3) Alignment of the installed capacity of internal and external companies, in order to keep the respective database updated, to create performance reports, as well as support the feeding of forecast models;
4) Disseminate good planning and cost control practices in order to guarantee a homogeneous modus operandi throughout the operation;
5) Support the construction management in starting projects, namely in defining the strategy, building planning, OMCs and supply maps;
6) Support contractual management and risk analysis of operations (production).
