Family Mission

Ensure alignment of the strategic vision and execution of the tactical plan of their respective area with the members of the Casais Group's Board of Directors, as well as other areas of the Group, in order to seek value growth and customer satisfaction (internal or external), acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais' values.

Job Responsibilities

1) Develop the proposed strategic plan for its geography based on the guidelines of the Board of Directors, the opportunities identified in the market and the internal capacity installed, with a view to its approval;
2) Proposing the budget and annual investment plans needed to achieve the economic billing and results objectives set, in accordance with those defined by the Board of Directors.
3) Coordinating the implementation of the strategy in the market under his responsibility, participating in the decision-making process at a tactical level when necessary, with a view to ensuring the effectiveness of the strategy, the well-being of the employees and the interests of the Group;
4) Driving continuous improvement in the geography by observing, diagnosing and forecasting market trends, producing strategic information to support decisions, in order to ensure that the established objectives are achieved;
5) Promoting alignment and partnership between the various teams under their responsibility, as well as fostering opportunities to develop partnerships with other areas/companies.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 5 to 7 years
  • Management Experience: 1 to 3 years
  • English - Advanced; 
  • Experience and knowledge of the construction market in Saudi Arabia

Education

 

  • Degree in Civil Engineering;
  •  Postgraduate in Management (plus)
     

Certifications / Requiered Licenses

  • Registration with the Order of Engineers (where applicable) 
  • Postgraduate degree and/or MBA in Business Management (optional)
