Job Description: 

Family Mission

Ensuring measurement, project design, methods, processes and construction solutions in the Casais Group, following the norms and quality standards defined by the Group, and acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais' values.

Job Responsibilities

1)Reading and interpreting projects, drawings, sketches and other technical information relating to Civil Construction, for the design of architectural projects for the work allocated, respecting the Group's quality standards and current legislation;
2) Make technical drawings for construction projects, manually or with specific computer support, based on the information collected and aligned with the project's interlocutors; 
3) Monitor the preparation and execution of works to ensure that the execution is aligned with the project concept, through visits, conversations and meetings with the production team;
4) Preparing and/or updating the technical process of existing buildings, helping to establish parameters and concepts related to conceptual projects, which are basic for determining budgets, defining technical feasibility and investments;
5) Ensuring the organization of the technical documentation of all the projects involved, by categorizing them, whether in physical or electronic format.

Job Requirements

  • Professional Experience (in years): 1 to 3 years
  • English - Intermediate

Education

  • Level 6 - Higher education (Bachelor)
  • Architecture; Engineering, or similar;

Certifications / Requiered Licenses

  • Order of Engineers
  • Order of Architects
