Job Responsibilities
- Support the Production Management in the operational management of TAO's
- Carry out the survey of training needs, design programmes and train the operational elements, internally promoting information sharing and skills development
- Ensure the monitoring, recording and management of the time base of own staff and, if applicable, also of subcontractors, performing the interface with the Human Resources area
- Support compliance with safety and prevention standards at work, through periodic inspections and communication with employees, defined by the site management
- Coordinate the reception, storage, management and maintenance of equipment and materials, proceeding to the identification of non-compliant products, promoting their segregation and return, monitoring stock levels of required products
- Collect, organise and archive the relevant documents/processes, as well as carry out the management of the expedient and the creation of folders of the paper files and document management
- Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, letters, information, emails and other texts inherent to work management, and perform the respective processing in computer support
- Support and logistical and administrative assistance to site employees (accommodation, transport, meals, health, HR)
- Comply with and promote the principles and procedures of the Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment and Safety) approved by the company and defined for the respective department
Job Requirements
- Professional Experience: 5 to 7 years
- English - Advanced
